Yoga is for me a real passion. When I started to practice, I knew that it was just the activity I was looking for to my life. It brings me more peacefulness, patience, persistence day by day, concentration and peace of mind.
In my teaching classes, my purpose is to transmit the passion of yoga to my students, creating awareness, to guide them to their own way and to connect to their self.
Yoga brings positiveness and happiness in our lives, so that’s what I want to share with people.
