My yoga journey began during my time in Australia in 2008 and since then I have become more and more deeply involved with my practice. I practice a variety of yoga styles, including Hatha Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Yoga Nidra and meditation. During a challenging year in Malaysia in which I questioned myself and my career path, the idea of integrating my passion about yoga into my working life and sharing it with others was born. Consequently, I completed an intensive 200 hour yoga teacher training course at Arhanta Ashram in India in November 2015. I can offer Hatha Yoga, pregnancy yoga, kids yoga, and gentle yoga.
